The Patong Residence has two types of room, Superior Room and Deluxe Room, which differ by the fact that the Deluxe is slightly larger and has a balcony.
All rooms have private bathroom with hot and cold water, cable TV and minibar.
Cleaning takes place every day.

The year of Patong is divided into three seasons:
- Summer, which runs from April 16 to November 14 and is called Summer Season.
- High, running from November 15 to April 15 and is called High Season.
