The Patong Residence has 3 types of room, Standard Room, Superior Room and Deluxe Room.
All rooms have private bathroom with hot and cold water, cable TV and minibar.
Cleaning takes place every day.

The year of Patong is divided into three seasons:
- Summer, which runs from April 16 to October 31 and is called Low Season.
- High, running from November 1 to April 15 and is called High Season.
- Highest peak is in the high season, which runs from December 15 to January 16 is called Peak Season.

In any case, prices are around forever from 600 THB to 1800 THB variables during the year.
